Course Costs
To support involvement by a broad range of educators worldwide, Miami University offers a reduced course cost for both field- and web-based classes. This represents an approximately 75% discount when compared to the cost of traditional classroom-based coursework. Under the current financial model, candidates who enroll this year will save more than $12,000 (in-state)/$24,000 (out-of-state) in the total cost of the degree.
Offsetting Costs
With reduced fees as part of Miami University's support for this program, each GFP course is offered at a fraction of actual costs. Applicants to the program should check with their school district or employer to see if professional development funds are available to further offset costs. Fellowships
The GFP is developing a Global Conservation Fellowship Fund, which will initially target international participants from our global field sites.
